Returns & Refund Policy
At eFotor, all our products are custom-made to ensure a unique and personalized experience. As such, we are unable to offer returns or refunds. Your artwork is carefully crafted to reflect your specific preferences and those of your pet and family.
If you are dissatisfied with your final product, please contact us. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work diligently to address any concerns you may have.
In the event that you receive an incorrect product, incorrect size or print, or if your product is damaged during transit, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order in these instances.
For recent orders, if you change your mind, you may cancel your order within 24 hours. Cancellations beyond this timeframe will be considered at our discretion, as our artists often begin work immediately after an order is placed. Should your artwork already be in progress, a cancellation fee will apply: $20 for the first character and $25 for each additional character to cover part of the artwork costs incurred.
Please ensure you upload a high-quality photo that meets our Photo Guide requirements. We cannot offer solutions for issues resulting from low-quality photos. While we allow for notes and specific requests to be included with your order, adherence to our guidelines is essential for achieving the best results.
We offer unlimited revisions on your artwork, including:
โ Color adjustments for eyes, skin, clothing, or hair
โ Modifications to likeness (e.g., moles, mustaches, piercings)
Requests for changes outside these parameters may incur additional fees. Each request will be evaluated individually, and the fee will depend on the effort and time required.
Examples of requests that may incur additional fees include:
โ Changes to clothing
โ Alterations in body positioning or stance
โ Modifications to the design style
โ Requests to use a different photo
Please note that all examples shown on our site are created from high-resolution, high-quality photos. Blurry or low-quality photos will affect the final result of your artwork.
