Our artists are diligently working to create your custom illustration. Typically, art previews will be available within 2-3 business days following the placement of your order, at which point you will receive an email with your preview.
Production times for Fine Art Prints, Gallery Wrapped Canvases, T-Shirts, Blankets, and Hoodies range from 5 to 10 days, depending on the specific item. Production will commence once your artwork is approved.
Please allow 7-10 days for shipping after your art has been produced and dispatched from our warehouse. **Note that during the holiday season, shipping times may be extended due to carrier delays.
We need any jpg, png, or ai file.
We offer international shipping. During regular seasons, standard international delivery typically takes 1–7 days. However, during the holiday season, shipping times may extend to 7–10 days.

Your portrait will be shipped according to the media and printing options you selected:
– Digital File: A high-resolution file will be sent via email.
– Fine Art Print & Gallery Canvas: Shipped using UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Once your design is ready, our system will automatically notify you to review it. Please be aware that the email may occasionally end up in your spam folder or be blocked.
Absolutely! You can upgrade your order to a fine art Print or gallery-wrapped canvas even if you initially purchased a digital art file. Just reach out to our customer service at support@efotor.com for assistance.
Since your order is entirely unique and custom-made for you, we do not accept returns or refunds.
If you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us, and we’ll resolve it for you.
We take pride in offering free revisions as long as they are not complete overhauls, ensuring that you can be confident you’ll love your portrait.
We are fully committed to making sure you adore your artwork! If you’re not completely satisfied, reach out to us, and we’ll collaborate with you to achieve perfection.
Once your portrait is completed, we will notify you via email. You’ll have 3 days to either send us your edit requests or approve it for printing. If we don’t receive any communication from you within that time frame, we will assume it’s approved and move forward with the printing process.
